At Starlight Knitting Society, we want you to love your handmade-style apparel and premium yarns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
